"I started study on VLM and results are interesting.
I attach picture of patient 173 cm 128 kg , next circumfetence 54 cm.
Seal pressure was 32 cmH2O , peak pressure ventilation 19 and lung compliance 57,
This is very good as for morbidly obese .
The view of larynx was not very good but after adjustment it got better to POGO scale 60."
