As it is known that the Insertion in the lateral position is almost impossible for the traditional laryngeal mask. Without real-time image of airway anesthesiologists have no idea about the position and placement of laryngeal mask so the potential risk of leakage will lead to serious damage to the patients. However, the Video Laryngeal Mask has solved this problem and make impossible as "i'm possible".
