Recently we got a series of case pictures from Prof. Gaszynski. The obvious contrast of the resolution between UED-A and other devices impressed us so much:

I have send you case of laryngeal tumor. One picture is from preoperation evaluation and second during intubation using UE A VL.

The interesting finding is that preoperation evaluation with fiberoscope corresponds with actual view in UE A VL so maybe UE A VL can be used for diagnostic as alternative to fiberoscope
